Her experience includes conducting practical training sessions and engaging workshops on fundamental HR practices such as Recruitment Process, Employee Retention, Training and Development, Performance Management, Legal compliance, and Art of Interviews (for HR and Managers). In addition she provides tailored consultations to corporate entities and local NGOs.
